A novelist named Joël retreats to the luxury Hotel Verbier in the Swiss Alps to nurse a breakup and grieve his publisher's death, only to notice the hotel has no Room 622. Teaming up with a fellow guest named Scarlett, he begins unraveling a long-cold murder that once took place in the missing room.
